SERVICES REMOVAL.
Once the Invoice has been emailed, contract signed and retainer paid, no services can be removed.
NON-REFUNDABLE RETAINER
The Client is in charge of paying the nonrefundable retainer after signing the contract. If the client does not pay the retainer, the Invoice, contract and appointment may be canceled at ALEX & ISABEL'S DISCRETION.
PAYMENT AGREEMENT
Client is in charge of the WHOLE INVOICE after signing contract. CLIENT MUST HANDLE PAYMENTS ON THEIR END.
TIMELY RESPONSE
We expect a timely response when communicating with Clients. Clients that don't respond back within 24 hours are at risk of having their Invoices Canceled.
LATE ARRIVAL
If clients arrive late, their appointment time may be reduced, moved or canceled if not enough time is scheduled. ALEX & ISABEL is not obligated to accommodate late guests once the time arrival/finish is set.
RESPECT
Alex & Isabel Team members always bring great energy! We expect the clients to do the same and be courteous whenever interacting with us. IF A CLIENT IS DISRESPECTFUL THEY ARE AT RISK OF FORFEITING THEIR APPOINTMENT.
